Package Delivery Driver — No CDL Required, $18–$20/hr

Our company is hiring Delivery Drivers in Lakewood, CA to run FedEx Ground routes in a company-provided vehicle. No CDL is needed, and this seasonal role can lead to a permanent spot over time.

Pay

• $18.00 to $20.00 per hour

Schedule

• 5 to 6 days per week, including a weekend day

What you'll do

• Drive a company vehicle on set routes, loading, unloading and handing off packages to customers

• Plan efficient routes while following traffic laws and safety rules

• Check that each delivery is accurate and properly documented

• Keep the vehicle clean and let your supervisor know right away about any mechanical issues, accidents or violations

• Stay in touch with dispatch to keep schedules on track and flag delays

• Treat customers professionally and represent the company well

Requirements

• At least 21 years old

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license with a clean record

• Able to pass a background check and drug test

• At least 1 year of delivery driving experience

• Comfortable lifting packages up to 150 lbs and maneuvering them from the truck to the customer's door

• Courier experience is a plus, along with strong time management, communication and route-planning skills
