Package Delivery Driver — $800–$1,500/Week

Our company is hiring a delivery driver in Pompano Beach, FL to handle package routes for FedEx. You'll drive a commercial truck through city streets and highways, making sure packages get to customers on time and undamaged.

What you'll do

• Load and unload your truck, checking that packages are labeled correctly and free of damage before heading out

• Secure freight in the cargo area so nothing shifts or gets damaged in transit

• Deliver packages to doors or workplaces, on foot or by vehicle, and help customers who have trouble finding an address or run into other issues

• Stay in contact with dispatch about pickup and delivery times, routes, and traffic delays, and update customers on delivery status

• Watch weather and road conditions to keep your route safe

• Keep accurate records of deliveries and hours worked

• Follow safety rules and regulations covering vehicle upkeep, fuel use, and safe driving

Pay

$800.00 - $1,500.00 per week.

Schedule

Full-time, including weekends as needed, weekdays, and every weekend.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a delivery driver

• Comfortable with driving, heavy lifting, and loading/unloading freight

• Customer service skills and route/courier knowledge

• Forklift or warehouse experience is a plus
