About this job
Our company is looking for owner-operators to run freight with their own equipment. Dispatch finds and books loads across 48 states to match your schedule and preferred lanes.
Pay
- Posted range is $2,600 to $15,000 per week.
- Rates are negotiated per load, and you see each rate before you agree to the load.
Equipment accepted
- 53 ft dry vans, reefers, step decks, flatbeds, tankers, power-only units and box trucks.
- Cargo vans and sprinter vans are not accepted.
How it works
- You choose when your truck runs, and loads are scheduled around that.
- Dispatch fills out the carrier paperwork and issues the ratecons for each load.
- Over-the-road routes cover the areas you tell them you want to run.
Requirements
- Your own active MC authority and DOT number.
- Valid insurance (COI) that adequately covers your truck and equipment.
- Having your own factoring company is helpful but optional.
- New MC holders are welcome, and applicants with a criminal record are encouraged to apply.
