Pay
- Gross weekly revenue ranges from $5,000 to $15,000 before fees
- A dispatch fee of 8-10% of gross load revenue applies
What you'll haul
- Dry van, reefer, box truck, and flatbed equipment are all accepted
How it works
- You keep full control: no forced dispatch, so you choose which loads to accept
- The team finds freight through paid DAT load board subscriptions, negotiates rates, and coordinates with brokers
- They also handle load planning, appointment scheduling, invoicing, and offer factoring assistance if you want it
Requirements
- You must own your truck and hold your own operating authority
- Follow DOT and FMCSA rules at all times
- Turn in Bills of Lading and Proofs of Delivery as required
- Keep in touch about where your load stands
Responsibilities
- Haul freight safely and on schedule
- Communicate professionally with shippers, receivers, and brokers
