About this job
Our company is bringing on Owner-Operators with their own 26-ft box trucks, non-CDL hotshots, or cargo/sprinter vans. No CDL is needed for this equipment. Work is available OTR or regional, with dispatch support provided.
Pay
You keep 80% of gross load revenue, paid out through weekly settlements. Listed pay ranges from $4,000.00 to $8,000.00 per week, though your actual take-home depends on your equipment, lanes, mileage, freight availability, market conditions and operating costs - none of this is guaranteed.
Depending on how you're set up, settlements may have deductions taken out for things like ELD service, factoring fees, insurance-related charges, fuel advances or fuel-card use, tolls and permits, or other agreed costs tied to the job. Northline says all of this gets spelled out clearly when you onboard, so you know what's coming out of your check and why.
What you'll haul
Loads are matched to your equipment - 26-ft box truck, hotshot, or cargo/sprinter van - with both OTR and regional runs on offer, plus a steady flow of freight and some flexibility around home time.
Elite Carrier lease-on option (26-ft box trucks only)
Qualified box truck operators can ask about leasing onto an established authority (7+ years running) known for producing $5,000-$8,000 gross weeks for well-equipped, reliable drivers on good lanes. This track record isn't a promise - actual revenue shifts with equipment, freight, lanes, mileage, market swings, your own performance and downtime.
This path is built for drivers ready to stay out 4-6 weeks at a stretch, run wherever freight takes them nationwide, keep in steady touch with dispatch, and keep the truck rolling. If this interests you, mention it when you onboard.
