OTR Dry Van Driver — $4,000–$5,000/Week

Our company, LLC is looking for over-the-road drivers to run dry van freight in a truck owned by an experienced owner-operator. You drive under the company's authority as a subcontracted driver, with no truck purchase or lease needed to get started.

How the program works

• You run the owner's truck under Gholia Bros. authority.

• You and the truck owner split fuel costs and the profit from each load.

• The company takes care of dispatch, broker relationships and rate negotiation.

• The full split is put in writing and gone over with you before your first day.

Pay

• Listed pay is $4,000 - $5,000 a week.

• Profit is shared on each load after fuel and agreed expenses; the ratio in the posting is still a placeholder.

• Pay comes twice a month.

• A $500 sign-on bonus is paid after 3 months.

• Fuel discounts are available.

Freight and home time

• Dry van, flatbed, reefer and heavy haul freight is described as available around the clock.

• You pick your own home time and lanes, and nobody forces a dispatch on you.

• You can book your own loads through DAT and Truckstop.

• Trucks are not speed-governed, but safe, responsible driving is expected.

• You receive the rate confirmation by email so you can see the rate, the broker or customer and the load details.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of CDL driving experience.

• The truck is a manual transmission and sits in Houston, TX; the company can fly you out to it if you can drive manual.

• The application asks whether you are part of an SAP program.
