Our company is looking for CDL-A drivers to run over-the-road, no prior trucking experience required. You can choose the lane that fits your life, whether that's OTR, dedicated, or local work.
Pay
Starting CPMs are strong, and you can boost your earnings through mileage and performance bonuses. Solo drivers averaging 2,500+ miles per week can earn up to an extra $.10 CPM in performance pay.
Route options
- OTR: maximize your pay by covering the most miles
- Dedicated: steady miles and pay with weekly home time
- Local: daily home time, predictable pay, shift choices, and bonus potential
- Solo OTR/Regional: run on your own with full control of your truck
Requirements
You need a valid CDL-A. Both new and experienced drivers are welcome to apply.
