OTR CDL-A Truck Driver — Average $1,600+/Week, Home Weekends

Our company Distributing, a trucking company based in Idaho with over 88 years in business, is hiring OTR CDL-A drivers for its Twin Falls area fleet. You can choose from flatbed, maxi flatbed, bulk hopper doubles, or reefer freight.

Home time

• Flatbed, maxi flatbed and bulk hopper doubles fleets: reset at home and have every weekend off

• Reefer fleet: out 6-9 days at a time, with resets at home

Pay

• Mileage pay ranges from $0.53 to $0.70 per mile depending on experience and productivity, with at least 1 year of experience required for that scale; trainees start at $0.49 per mile

• Drivers average $1,600 or more weekly

• Monthly bonus potential up to $1,000

• Additional pay for tarping, extra stops, breakdowns, layovers and detention time

• The top earner in 2025 made $125,000, with several drivers topping $100,000, all before a pay increase planned for April 2026

• Per diem pay is included to boost your take-home earnings

Miles

You can expect 2,800-3,600 miles weekly, with some control over your own workload.

Equipment

You'll run newer trucks from Freightliner, Peterbilt, International, Western Star and Kenworth, with an average fleet age of just 1.8 years.
