About this job
Our company is looking for an over-the-road Class A driver to run long-haul dry-van freight out of Tampa, FL. This is a steady OTR position with strong weekly pay.
Pay
- $3,000-$4,000 a week
What you'll haul
- Dry-van trailers exclusively
What you'll do
- Run OTR and other assigned lanes, navigating by GPS
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and operate in line with DOT and FMCSA regulations, including driving a manual transmission
- Log your trips and deliveries, and flag any problems with the truck or load
Requirements
- Active Class A CDL
- Must satisfy DOT and FMCSA qualification standards
- Prior experience in delivery driving is a plus
- Holding a tanker endorsement works in your favor
