OTR CDL-A Truck Driver — $0.55–$0.60 CPM, No West Coast

Our company is hiring OTR drivers to run mostly midwest routes with minimal northeast miles and no West Coast lanes. Freight is no-touch, and the pay plan is built to reward safety and longevity.

Pay

• $0.55 to $0.60 per mile, paid on all miles including loaded and empty

• Pay is calculated on practical mileage

• Weekly pay protection

• Quarterly safety bonus of $0.02 per mile

• Rate increases $0.01 per mile every other year

• $1,000 orientation pay, paid as $500 per week for the first two weeks

• Maintenance and customer detention pay kick in after just one hour of waiting

• $100 bonus for each clean inspection

• $2,000 bonus for referring another driver

• $69 per day in per diem

Home time

You'll be home every other week or more often.

What you'll haul

No-touch freight, running mainly midwest routes with limited northeast miles and no runs to the West Coast.

Requirements

• Valid CDL and at least 6 months of experience driving a tractor trailer

• Minimum age 21
