OTR CDL-A Reefer Driver — Home 2–4 Days After 7–10 Out

Our company, Inc. in Idaho Falls, ID is looking for OTR CDL-A drivers to haul refrigerated freight across all 48 states, with most lanes in the Midwest and South. This family-owned carrier has been running since 1963, and both new and experienced drivers are welcome.

Pay

• Pay ranges from $70,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year, based on experience

• CPM pay rate depends on your experience level

• You'll earn bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly bonuses

• Deadhead miles are paid

• Guaranteed miles on contracted freight

Home time

• Plan on 2-4 full days at home after every 7-10 days on the road

• A dedicated dispatcher works with you to schedule home time around your needs

• Minimum monthly mileage commitment is 10,000 miles

• Want to stay out longer or take more time off in summer? Just tell your dispatcher

What you'll haul

• Refrigerated (reefer) freight

• Routes cover all 48 states year-round, with main lanes in the Midwest and South

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A, or the ability to obtain one (training available, no full payment required upfront)

• Valid DOT medical card, or ability to get one

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and ongoing DOT-required testing

• Able to lift, push, and pull 50+ pounds

• Willing to drive OTR and travel to and from Idaho Falls
