OTR CDL-A Reefer Driver — $2,500–$3,500/wk, 4 Days Home Every 3 Weeks

Our company is looking for an OTR CDL-A reefer driver to run under a 1099 contract. You'll get solid weekly pay, newer equipment, and a predictable home-time rotation, backed by steady dispatch support.

Pay

• Weekly pay runs $2,500 to $3,500, with top performers landing near the top of that range.

• You're paid 28-30% of the load's gross revenue, so your earnings climb as rates climb.

What you'll haul

This is reefer freight. Your job includes pre-trip inspections, loading freight securely, hauling it safely and efficiently, and staying in touch with dispatch and customers along the way.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of verifiable CDL-A driving experience.

• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 2 years.

• Not currently in, or previously part of, the SAP program.

• No California CDLs can be accepted.
