Our company is looking for experienced CDL-A OTR drivers, solo or team, as part of its continued growth. Several pay structures are available so you can pick what fits you best.
Sign-on bonus

Pay options
You can choose from several ways to get paid:
- Company driver, per mile: up to $0.95 per mile, with steady OTR miles, open to solo or team drivers who want predictable pay.
- Company driver, percentage: up to 35% of gross revenue on a high-mileage OTR operation; team trucks may bring in $18,000-$22,000 in weekly truck gross.
- Walk-away lease (lease-to-rent): drive 2024-2027 equipment with no long-term ownership obligation; team trucks may generate $18,000-$22,000 in weekly truck gross.
- Owner-operator: 15% dispatch fee on steady OTR freight; team operations may generate $18,000-$22,000 in weekly truck gross.
Overall pay can reach up to $5,000.00 per week.

Onboarding happens in Aurora, Illinois or Orlando, Florida.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 21 years old
- At least 2 years of verifiable CDL-A driving experience
- Must meet the company's and its insurer's safety standards
- Must pass the required drug screening
- Dependable and focused on safety
