Our company is looking for experienced CDL-A drivers for OTR runs, solo or team, with several pay structures to choose from.
Pay options
- Per mile (company driver): up to $0.95 per mile, consistent OTR miles, solo and team available
- Percentage (company driver): up to 35% of gross revenue on a high-mileage OTR operation; team trucks may bring in $18,000-$22,000 in weekly truck gross
- Walk-away lease: 2024-2027 equipment, no long-term ownership commitment; team trucks may bring in $18,000-$22,000 in weekly truck gross
- Owner-operator: 15% dispatch fee on steady OTR freight; team operations may bring in $18,000-$22,000 in weekly truck gross
Listed weekly pay goes up to $5,500.00.
Sign-on bonus
Qualified drivers may get an instant sign-on bonus of up to $3,000. The company will lay out the eligibility rules, amount, and requirements before you accept the job or finish onboarding. Drivers who qualify may also be dispatched within 36 hours of starting onboarding.

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 21 years old
- At least 2 years of verifiable CDL-A driving experience
- Must meet the company's and insurer's safety standards
- Must pass a drug screening
- Dependable and safety-minded
- Must be a US citizen or green card holder
