OTR CDL-A Driver — $0.59–$0.64/Mile Pay Scale

Our company, a family owned carrier out of Kenosha, WI, is looking for an OTR Class A driver. You'll run on Kenworth and Peterbilt glider trucks and handle paperwork by scanning it from the cab or a truck stop.

Pay

• Mileage pay starts at $0.59/mile and climbs with tenure: $0.60/mile after 1 year, $0.61/mile after 2 years, $0.62/mile after 3 years, $0.63/mile after 4 years, and $0.64/mile after 5 years

• Short runs pay extra: add $0.15 per loaded mile for miles 1-150, and add $0.10 per loaded mile for miles 151-368

• You get $50 for each stop beyond the first

• Yearly earnings potential runs from $50K to $100K

• Payroll is direct deposited weekly

Bonuses

• $200 bonus for each roadside inspection you pass with no violations or warnings

• Bonus for referring other drivers

Requirements

• At least 23 years old

• 3 years of verifiable OTR experience with a Class A license

• No more than 3 moving violations on your driving record in the past 3 years

• Able to pass a DOT physical, a pre-employment drug test, a physical capacity test, and a driving test
