OTR Box Truck Driver (26-ft) — 15% of Linehaul, Home Every 2–3 Weeks

Our company needs an OTR box truck driver to run multi-state routes as a 1099 independent contractor. You'll haul mostly no-touch freight in a 26-ft box truck and start right away.

Pay

• You earn 15% of linehaul revenue on every load you complete

• Typical weekly earnings run $1,000-$1,500+, paid weekly

• This is a 1099 contractor role, not a wage position

Home time

• Expect to be out 2-3 weeks before heading home, with some flexibility

• You should be ready for long stretches away and extended days behind the wheel

What you'll haul

• 26-ft box truck, company-provided

• Freight is mostly no-touch

• Dispatch assigns your routes and stays in contact with you throughout

What the job involves

• Run OTR routes across several states, hitting pickups and deliveries on time

• Handle pre-trip and post-trip inspections and basic load securing when needed

• Keep delivery paperwork current and the truck clean

• Communicate regularly with dispatch and deal professionally with brokers, shippers and receivers

Requirements

• Class C driver's license, valid

• Current DOT medical card

• At least 2 years driving a box truck or other commercial vehicle

• Clean driving record

• OTR experience is a plus

• Comfortable being away from home 2-3 weeks at a stretch and putting in long driving days

• Reliable, punctual, safety-minded, and able to speak English
