About this job
Our company is looking for a non-CDL driver to run local routes out of Richmond, CA, delivering beverages to the Gilroy, Bay Area, Redding and Tahoe areas. You'll be home every day.
Pay
- $28.00 per hour, paid weekly
- our company says drivers on this account typically take home $1540 or more per week
- Average 50 hours per week
Schedule
- Tuesday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays
- Start times of 5:00 am or 10:30 pm
What you'll haul
- Straight truck with reefer trailers in 16', 24' and 26' sizes
- Touch freight: beverages
- You'll use a manual pallet jack, hand truck and lift gate, and our company provides training on this equipment
- Trucks are 36 months old or newer with 24/7 roadside maintenance support
Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- 6 months of verifiable driving experience in the past 3 years, or 2 years in the last 5, or 5 years in the last 10 (must match the type of truck you'd be driving)
- Pass a drug test, background check, MVR check, DOT physical and road test
- Valid driver's license
- Able to follow instructions and apply relevant laws and procedures
