About this job
Our company Staffing is looking for a Non-CDL Delivery Driver in Banning, CA for a full-time role that mixes local deliveries with warehouse work. You'll drive a 16–26 foot stake-bed truck with air brakes within about 30 miles of Banning.
Pay
- $22.00 per hour
- Overtime available as needed
- Pay frequency confirmed during hiring
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
What you'll do
- Deliver materials to job sites, warehouses, and other assigned stops
- Load and unload materials by hand, usually with customer help; customers handle forklift unloading when needed
- Secure loads with straps and tie-downs and inspect them before and during transport
- Use a company-provided phone and ELD app, following hands-free calling rules
- Operate under forward-facing vehicle cameras
- Help with warehouse duties after finishing deliveries
- Keep accurate delivery records and report any vehicle or equipment issues
Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license for the vehicle
- Valid Medical Examiner's Certificate before starting, or ability to get one
- Experience securing loads with straps and tie-downs
- Able to lift and carry 25–30 lbs
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable attendance and attention to detail
Preferred: experience driving stake-bed or flatbed trucks, delivering to construction or commercial sites, and handling local delivery routes.
