Non-CDL Box Truck Route Driver — $24.75/hr, No Weekends

Our company, a family-owned maintenance supply company with 30 branches nationwide, is hiring a Route Driver to run a box truck out of Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time, Monday-through-Friday role with no weekend work.

Pay

• Starts at $24.75 an hour, with the exact rate set by your verifiable driving experience

• Performance-based bonuses on top of base pay

Schedule

• Full time, Monday to Friday, 7:00am until the route is finished

• Holidays off, no weekend shifts

What you'll haul

• You'll drive a box truck, moving products, goods and materials between distribution facilities and other route drivers

Requirements

• At least 21 years old

• Valid driver's license (no CDL needed)

• At least 1 year of box truck driving experience

• Able to lift more than 60 pounds and handle standing, climbing, bending and carrying goods up and down stairs and ramps

Responsibilities

• Follow all traffic laws and road conditions while driving

• Deliver products accurately and on time, communicating with staff and customers

• Check fluid levels, tires and overall vehicle condition daily to keep the truck DOT-compliant
