New CDL-A OTR Driver — $1,000/Week Guaranteed First 3 Months

Our company is looking for new and recent CDL-A grads in the Marrero, Westwego, Harvey and Gretna area for an OTR position. You run freight east of Denver, skip the Northeast, and train with a mentor before going solo.

Pay

• Paid weekly, including during training

• Guaranteed minimum of $1,000 a week for your first 3 months as a solo driver

• $1,200 to $1,800 a week once you're solo and past that period

• $15 for each stop

• Weekly direct deposit

• $300 bonus once you're hired, paid after orientation

Routes and freight

• OTR lanes covering everything east of Denver, with no runs into the Northeast

• Mix of drop and hook, live loading and unloading, and preloads

• 1,800 to 2,900 miles per week

• About two weeks out, then home; dispatch is reachable around the clock

Training path

• A call upfront to review your license and driving record together, so there are no surprises later

• Orientation lasts up to 2 days, with your hotel covered and bus fare reimbursed

• 4 to 6 weeks of paid, one-on-one training with a mentor before you drive solo

• Once solo, you get your own truck from a fleet that averages about 1.5 years old

Requirements

• At least 21 years old with a Class A CDL

• New drivers need 120+ hours of CDL school; otherwise 6 months of recent driving experience

• Up to 2 moving violations allowed in the last 2 years, no DUI or DWI within the last 10 years

• Must pass a DOT physical along with a hair and urine drug screen
