New CDL-A Grad Driver — Paid Mentor Training Program

This role is a student driver program for new or recent CDL holders who want to move into an over-the-road driving career with hands-on support and paid training.

Program overview

After you're accepted, you'll attend an onboarding class lasting at least 7 days in Tontitown, AR. Your hotel and travel to orientation are covered. While there, you'll meet company leaders and department staff, go through a driving skills check, get extra training if you need it, and receive a $100 food stipend. You'll then be matched with a mentor as soon as possible.

Mentor phase

You'll spend at least 10 days riding with a mentor, earning $75 per day while getting real OTR experience one-on-one.

Moving to first seat

Once your mentor signs off, you'll return to an onboarding location for a backing evaluation, pre-trip inspection, and road test. After Safety approves you, you'll move into your own seat and start running company lanes.
