What you'll do

• Drive trucks and vans to deliver freight to various locations

• Load and unload freight using a forklift and other heavy equipment

• Check orders for accuracy and inspect freight for damage

• Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic repairs as needed

• Plan routes using GPS or maps to meet delivery schedules

• Communicate professionally with customers at delivery

• Follow safety rules and traffic laws

Requirements

• Valid commercial driver's license with a clean driving record

• Forklift or heavy equipment experience preferred

• Knowledge of freight handling and safety procedures

• Basic automotive repair skills a plus

• Strong attention to detail for documentation and route planning
