About this job
Our company is looking for a Class B CDL driver to run a local, home-daily route out of Shreveport, LA, delivering HVAC equipment to customers in the surrounding area. This is a solo driving role paying $24.64 per hour.
Pay
- $24.64 per hour, paid weekly
- Typical weekly average around $985 based on 40+ hours
- Paid training included
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, starting around 7:00 AM
- Home every day
What you'll haul
- HVAC equipment, touch freight, unload only
- 26' straight truck equipped with a hand truck, pallet jack and lift gate
- Hazmat endorsement required for this route
Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- Valid CDL with required endorsements
- Class A or B experience: 9 months in the past 3 years, 2 years in the past 5, or 5 years in the past 10
- Must pass a drug screen, background and motor vehicle check, and DOT physical
- Able to follow instructions and apply relevant regulations
