Local CDL-B Tanker Delivery Driver — $28.00/hr + Quarterly Bonus

Our company needs a CDL tanker driver to deliver cooking oil to commercial kitchens on a set local route out of its depot. You'll run an automatic straight truck, hook up hoses to customer tanks, and keep deliveries safe and on schedule.

Pay

• $28.00 per hour

• Shift differential and overtime pay where applicable

• Quarterly bonus worth up to $5,200 per year

• Base pay can grow through weekend shifts, tenure, and level-up development programs

Schedule

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday

• Four 10-hour shifts per week, starting at 1:00 A.M.

• Local routes only, no freight handling involved

What you'll haul

• Cooking oil, delivered in bulk to commercial kitchen customers

• Truck is an automatic straight truck with a GVW between 12,000 and 20,000 lbs

• You'll connect hoses to load and unload oil at customer tanks, track routes and invoicing through a company-issued iPhone app, and watch tank levels to prevent run-outs

• Trucks are well maintained and the company emphasizes a safety-first approach, following DOT, OSHA and HACCP standards

Requirements

• Minimum age 21

• Valid CDL Class A or Class B with Tanker Endorsement

• Able to lift 50 lbs and handle physical work such as climbing and bending

• Strong commitment to safe driving

• Preferred: high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of CDL driving experience, bilingual ability, and basic comfort with hand tools and troubleshooting

• Clean driving record over the past 36 months, with no speeds over 100 mph in the last 5 years

• Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen (any positive result, including THC, disqualifies you regardless of state law) and is subject to random DOT drug and alcohol testing after hire
