Local CDL-A Truck Driver — Home Every Night, No Experience Needed

Our company is hiring local CDL-A drivers in and around Commerce, CA. Routes are planned in advance, freight is no-touch drop and hook, and you're back home every night.

Pay

• Average weekly pay of $1,600 - $1,800 ($83,200 - $93,600 a year estimated)

• $0.73 - $0.80 per mile based on experience

• Pay goes up $0.01 per mile every 12 months

• $2,000 bonus after your first 30 days

• Paid by direct deposit every Friday

The job

• Full-time, based out of Commerce, CA

• Freight is 100% drop and hook - you won't touch a dock or unload anything

• Home every night, no overnight runs

• 5 to 6 days on the road each week

• Average of 2,190 - 2,250 miles weekly

What you'll do

• Drive an assigned CDL-A day cab on set local routes out of Commerce

• Pick up and drop trailers along your corridor, no touch freight

• Do a pre-trip and post-trip check every shift

• Keep your ELD logs current and stay within hours-of-service limits

• Follow DOT rules and company safety policy on every run

• Check in with dispatch regularly during your shift

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL, in good standing

• At least 21 years old

• No prior experience necessary - entry-level drivers welcome

• Minor violations considered individually

• Must clear a DOT physical and drug test

• Must be authorized to work in the US
