About this job
Our company is looking for local intermodal drivers to run port freight out of Garden City, Georgia, with nightly home time. You'll work day shifts hauling local lanes with plenty of available miles.
Pay
- $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
- Pay increases available, with weekly direct deposit
- Paid on practical miles, not short miles, covering both loaded and empty miles
- Extra pay for tolls, scales, layovers, stop offs, reloads and dray
Home time
You'll be home every night, running local lanes only.
What you'll haul
Intermodal port freight through the Garden City Port, with flexible lane options and support from a dispatch team described as friendly and easy to work with.
Requirements
- Valid CDL
- At least 24 months of recent driving experience
- Clean PSP and MVR records
- TWIC card
- Previous experience at the Garden City Port
