About this job
Our company is looking for CDL-A drivers to run local intermodal container routes out of San Bernardino, California, with nightly return home and no overnight travel. This is a full-time, night-shift position with around 3 to 6 container moves per shift. You need to live within 15 miles of San Bernardino to qualify.
Pay
- $19.25 per hour plus $18.71 for each stop you complete
- Typical weekly take-home runs $1,400 to $1,800, depending on hours, stops finished, and workload
- Pay follows California's wage and hour rules
Home time
- You're back home every day, with no overnight runs
What you'll haul
- Intermodal containers on local routes, roughly 3 to 6 loads each shift
Requirements
- Current Class A CDL
- At least 3 months of verifiable CDL-A driving experience
- Must live within a 15-mile radius of San Bernardino, CA
- Willing and able to work nights
- Clean driving history
- Meets DOT and FMCSA standards
