Local CDL-A Fuel Tanker Driver — $1,300–$1,500/Week

Our company is looking for an experienced Class A tanker driver to haul fuel on local routes, working day shift. The company runs terminals across the eastern US moving fuel, chemical and dry bulk products.

Pay

• $1,300.00 - $1,500.00 per week

• Weekly paychecks

• Extra pay for detention, breakdown time, sleeper berth and multi-stop runs

• Quarterly safety bonus, plus experience pay kicks in after 6 months

What you'll haul

• Petroleum products picked up from local and regional terminals and delivered to customer stores and facilities

• You'll handle safe loading, hauling and unloading in line with DOT rules and Eagle's safety procedures, and fill out delivery and equipment paperwork for each run

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL, at least 23 years old

• Hazmat (H), Tanker (N), or Combination (X) endorsement, and ability to drive trucks with air brakes

• 3+ years of Class A tractor-trailer experience within the last 7 years

• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years, or 4 in the past 7

• No DUI/DWI/OUI within the last 10 years (max 1 allowed in the last 20 years)

• No chargeable, DOT-recordable crashes in the past 3 years

• Able to read, write and speak English as required under FMCSR §391.11(b)(2)
