Local CDL-A Driver — Home Daily, Avg $78,000/Year

J.B. Hunt is looking for local CDL-A drivers for a dedicated account in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, hauling for a single customer. You will be home every day, with pay combining an hourly rate plus activity-based earnings on top.

Pay

• Paid hourly for all hours worked, plus an activity-based amount on top (Activity Based Total minus Hourly Pay equals your Activity Based Payment)

• Average annual earnings around $78,000.00

• Average weekly gross around $1,500.00

• Mileage pay between $0.470 and $0.550 per mile

• Local DCS outsource work pays $245.00 per day; regional DCS outsource work pays $270.00 per day

• Detention pay at $25.00 per hour

• Holiday pay at $300.00 per day

• JBI loads pay $100.00 to $250.00 per load

• Layover pay at $100.00 per tour

• Paid mandatory meetings and safety training at $25.00 and $20.00 per hour

• Mechanical breakdown and waiting on power unit pay at $25.00 per hour

• New hire training pays $245.00 per day

• Weekly show bonus of $200.00

• Shuttle work pays $25.00 per tour

• Stop pay of $15.00 per stop

• Actual annual pay can vary based on training completed, paid breaks, endorsements held, time with the company, equipment type and days worked per week

• Possible bonuses tied to safety, profitability or performance
