Pay

• Paid an hourly rate for every hour worked, plus an activity-based payment on top (Activity Based Total minus Hourly Pay equals your Activity Based Payment)

• Hourly rate ranges from $31.50 to $35.00

• Average weekly gross is $1,826.92, which works out to about $95,000 a year on average

• Holiday pay runs $252.00 to $280.00 per day
