This local Fontana, CA based route runs preloaded freight across Southern California, with occasional runs out to Las Vegas, NV. You'll be home every day on a consistent set of lanes.
Pay
- Yearly earnings average $72,548, with top performers bringing in up to $96,660 annually
- Bonus incentives included on top of base pay
Schedule
- Home daily
- Shifts run 6 days a week, including weekends
- Typical shift length is 10-12 hours
- Start times fall between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM
What you'll haul
- Loads come preloaded, so your main job is overseeing the offload
- Some trailers (28-foot) require hands-on unloading with a manual pallet jack and liftgate
- Routes cover Southern California with occasional trips to Las Vegas, NV
- Expect around 1,400 miles per week
Equipment
- New automatic-transmission day cab trucks
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 3 months of tractor-trailer driving experience
- Live within 60 miles of Rialto, CA
- Dependable way to get to and from the yard each day
- Able to work 6 days weekly, weekends included
- Must clear all DOT and company hiring standards
