This local Class A CDL role runs out of Fontana, CA, hauling preloaded trailers across Southern California with occasional runs to Las Vegas, NV. You're home every day on consistent, set routes.

Pay

• Average yearly pay comes to $72,548, with top earners bringing home as much as $96,660 annually

Schedule and home time

• Home every night

• Shifts run 10 to 12 hours, starting sometime between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM

• You'll work 6 days a week, weekends included

What you'll haul

• Trailers come preloaded, so your main job is keeping an eye on the offload process

• Some light unloading is needed on 28-foot trailers, done with a manual pallet jack and liftgate

• Expect to cover roughly 1,400 miles a week on the same regular lanes

• Trucks are newer automatic day cabs

Requirements

• Current Class A CDL

• At least 3 months behind the wheel of a tractor-trailer

• Live within 60 miles of Rialto, CA

• Have your own way to get to and from the yard each day

• Available to work weekends as part of the 6-day week

• Meet DOT standards and the company's hiring criteria
