About this job
Our company is looking for a Class A CDL driver for a local, home-daily route out of Tampa, FL, delivering US Mail within a 150-mile radius using 53' dry van trailers.
Pay
- $27.89 per hour, paid weekly
- Possible $5.55 Health & Welfare Stipend
- Average weekly pay of $1,115-$1,337
- 40-44 hours per week
Schedule
- Monday through Saturday
- Start time between 1:00 AM and 3:00 AM
- Home daily
What you'll haul
- Touch freight, US Mail
- 53' dry van trailers with rolling carts
- Trucks are 36 months or newer with 24/7 roadside maintenance support
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Pass a drug test, background check, MVR check, and DOT physical
- Pass a our company road test
- Valid Class A CDL with appropriate endorsements
- Verifiable tractor-trailer experience: 9 months in the past 3 years, or 2 years in the past 5, or 5 years in the past 10
- Additional USPS background screening required, including Federal Level 2 screening and Selective Service registration where applicable
