Our company in Colton, CA is looking for a local Class A driver to run steady freight through Southern California and get home every day.
Pay
- $1550 to $2100 per week
Schedule
- Home daily on a 6-day workweek with 1 day off
Where you'll run
- Delivery areas include the Los Angeles Basin, Inland Empire, Orange County and San Diego County
What you'll do
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and get freight delivered on schedule
- Keep accurate logs and trip paperwork
- Stay in regular contact with dispatch and driver managers
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Clean driving record and background check required
- Able to pass a DOT drug screen (urine and hair follicle test)
- No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
- No careless or negligent driving violations in the past 3 years
- No reckless driving violations in the past 5 years
- Cannot have been terminated from your last 2 driving jobs
- Felony convictions (Class A) must be at least 10 years old and will be reviewed; Class B or C convictions must be more than 7 years old
- No DUIs ever in a commercial vehicle, no more than 2 DUIs in a lifetime, and none within the past 5 years
