Local CDL-A Delivery Driver — $32.62–$36.25/hr

Our company is looking for a Class A CDL driver to run local delivery routes between Las Cruces and El Paso. This is a hands-on delivery role with early-morning starts, multiple daily stops, and full touch freight.

Pay

• Starting pay is $32.62 per hour, plus overtime.

• Base rate can range up to $36.25 per hour depending on experience, skills, and location.

Schedule

• Typically 4 days a week, with occasional 5-6 day weeks.

• Shifts begin between 2:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday.

• Route covers the Las Cruces, NM to El Paso corridor.

What you'll haul

• Foodservice products delivered to customers along your route.

• You'll personally unload everything by hand, two-wheeler, or ramp into designated storage areas.

What you'll do

• Drive safely on highways and city streets, including backing into tight docks.

• Unload and place product at each stop.

• Get delivery confirmations and signatures from customers.

• Handle payments or collections when needed.

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.

• Represent our company professionally with every customer interaction.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with required endorsements and DOT qualifications.

• At least 21 years old.

• At least 6 months of commercial driving experience in any industry, or 3 months specifically in food or beverage delivery.

• Must register with the FMCSA Clearinghouse.

• Comfortable working in multi-temperature environments down to 0 degrees and in all weather.

• Able to repeatedly lift, carry, push, or pull 20 to 80+ pounds per shift.

• English proficiency required for reading signs, communicating, and completing reports.

• Manual transmission skills preferred and may be required at some locations.
