Local CDL-A Dedicated Dry Van Driver — Home Daily, $1,300–$1,350/wk

Drive local dry van freight for a large national carrier out of the West Sacramento, CA terminal and sleep in your own bed every night. You'll work drop & hook and live load/unload runs in a slip-seated day cab, with weekend shifts built into the schedule.

Pay

• $24 per hour, straight pay

• $1,300-$1,350 per week, with weekly averages running $1,400+

Schedule

• Home every day

• Weekend work is part of the rotation, with 2 weekdays off

• Both day and night shifts open, starting early morning or evening/night

• Shifts run 10-14 hours

• Expect to spend 1-2 days a week handling yard work

What you'll haul

• Dry van loads, a mix of drop & hook and live load/unload

• Newer Freightliner Cascadias with automatic transmissions, slip-seat setup

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL and a minimum of 6 months of tractor-trailer experience within the last 12 months

• No job terminations from your most recent driving position

• A clean record of no accidents or incidents over the past year

• Must pass a hair follicle drug test; SAP program drivers won't be considered

• Your CDL must list an address within the hiring area
