About this job
Our company has a dedicated local route hauling brewery freight out of Van Nuys, CA. You'll run a set route to suppliers within 250 miles of Van Nuys and be back home every day.
Pay
- Paid by the mile (CPM)
- Drivers average $71,604 per year, with the top 10% earning up to $77,740 annually*
- Bonus incentives included
Home time
- Home daily, no set shift times
- You'll need your own way to get to and from the brewery each day, since trucks stay on site
What you'll haul
- Dedicated brewery route delivering to suppliers near Van Nuys
- Freight comes preloaded, so there's generally no touch freight
- You're responsible for checking that the load is secure and legal, and for strapping pallets in the trailer
- Trucks are newer models with automatic transmissions
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A with at least 3 months of recent driving experience
- Not open to students, recent grads, or trainees
- Must be 21 or older
- Must pass a DOT drug screen
