About this job
Our company is looking for an experienced Class A CDL driver for a local container position based in Ontario, CA. You'll be home every day, running a night shift schedule either Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday.
Pay
- $1,400 to $1,800 per week
- 1,000 to 1,500 miles per week
Home time
- Home daily, night shift
- Schedule: Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday
What you'll haul
- Container freight
- Hazmat required
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 3 months of Class A CDL experience
- Hazmat endorsement required
- Clean motor vehicle record and background check
- Must pass a DOT drug screen
Responsibilities
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Deliver freight on time
- Keep accurate logs and trip documentation
- Communicate with dispatch and driver managers
