Crossno FTSM delivers packages for FedEx Ground in the Fort Smith and Van Buren, AR area and is hiring full-time and part-time drivers for local routes. No prior experience is needed, and a training class is provided before you start.
Schedule
- Operations run six days a week, Monday through Saturday
- Shifts start at 8:00am with several schedule options available
Pay
- Annual pay ranges from $33,280.00 to $39,000.00
- Raises are given every 60 days based on performance
What you'll do
- Operate a company-provided truck while following on-road and off-road safety rules
- Use company-issued technology to track and manage your deliveries
- Serve homes and businesses on your assigned routes
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license required
- Clean driving history
- Must pass a drug test and a DOT physical
- Must be able to lift packages up to 150 lbs, with equipment provided to help
