Entry-Level Regional CDL-A Driver — $84,000–$93,000/yr, No-Touch

Our company is looking for new CDL-A graduates to run regional dry van freight out of Spring, TX. No professional driving experience needed, just your license and training hours.

Pay and equipment

• Pay range of $84,000 to $93,000 a year once you're running solo

• Training pay of $650 to $850, depending on terminal, plus $300 for orientation

• Training runs 4 weeks before solo pay starts

• You'll drive a late-model, fully equipped Freightliner with an automatic transmission

Home time and routes

• Routes stay regional, east of I-35

• Expect two days at home every other week rather than frequent home time

• Freight is 100% no-touch dry van, delivered to customer locations around the region

• You'll handle pre-trip and post-trip checks, keep logs current, and check in with dispatch at each stop

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• Minimum 120 hours of truck driving school, completed within the last 12 months

• ELDT completed through an FMCSA-registered provider

• Must meet DOT medical standards

• Subject to a DOT pre-employment drug screen and enrollment in the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse
