Entry-Level CDL-A Regional Driver — Paid Training

Our company is looking for recent CDL-A graduates for a W-2 regional dry van role with paid training and weekly home time. After you finish training, you'll move into your own assigned late-model tractor and run steady regional freight.

Pay

• You'll earn $850 per week during paid training, which runs about 3 to 5 weeks

• Orientation is paid

• Once training wraps up, expected pay runs $1,600-$1,800 per week

• Direct deposit lands every Friday

• There are extra bonus opportunities tied to safety and performance

Home time

You'll be on a regional schedule that gets you home every week, not out for weeks at a stretch.

What you'll haul

Loads are mostly no-touch dry van freight, with a large portion being drop and hook. You'll be assigned a 2024 or 2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractor once qualified.

Requirements

• Hold a valid Class A CDL

• Have completed ELDT through an FMCSA-registered training provider

• At least 120 hours of CDL instruction

• A clean driving record

• Able to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen

• Enrolled in the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse

• Meet DOT and company hiring standards
