Entry-Level CDL-A Regional Driver — Paid Training

Our company is looking for recent CDL-A graduates to join a W-2 regional dry van team. You'll go through paid training before moving into your own assigned truck, running consistent regional routes with no-touch freight.

Pay

• $850 per week while you complete training, which takes about 3 to 5 weeks

• Paid orientation included

• Once training ends, expected earnings are $1,600-$1,800 per week

• Paid every Friday via direct deposit

Home time

You'll be home every week on a set regional schedule, rather than staying out for extended stretches.

What you'll haul

Mostly no-touch dry van freight, with a large portion of drop-and-hook loads. You'll be assigned a 2024 or 2025 Freightliner or Kenworth once you're through training.

Requirements

• Current Class A CDL

• ELDT completed with an FMCSA-registered training provider

• Minimum 120 hours of CDL instruction

• Clean driving history

• Must pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen

• Enrollment in the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse

• Must meet DOT and company hiring criteria
