About this job
Our company helps new CDL-A grads move from school into a full-time regional driving career. You'll begin with paid, one-on-one mentor coaching before taking over your own assigned truck on the Eastern Regional Fleet.
Pay
- Mentor training period pays $850 per week
- Once you're solo, typical weekly pay runs $1,600-$1,800+
- Orientation is paid
- You're paid every Friday
Home time
You'll get home either weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your route.
What you'll haul
You'll run no-touch dry van loads across the Eastern Regional Fleet. The job also comes with company-paid tolls, a fuel program, round-the-clock dispatch support, and the option to bring a pet or rider along.
Requirements
- Current Class A CDL
- Recently finished an accredited CDL training program
- At least 120 hours of CDL instruction completed
- Clean driving history
- Able to meet DOT and FMCSA standards
- Ready to learn, communicate well, and drive safely
