Entry-Level CDL-A Regional Driver — Paid Mentor Program, $1,600–$1,800+/wk Solo

Our company helps new CDL-A grads move from training into a full-time regional driving job. You'll start with one-on-one paid mentoring, then step into your own truck on the Eastern Regional Fleet.

Pay

• While training with your mentor, you earn $850 per week

• Once you're solo, expect $1,600-$1,800+ per week

• Orientation is paid

• Payday is every Friday

Home time

You'll get home either weekly or every other week.

What you'll haul

• No-touch dry van freight across the Eastern Regional Fleet

• Tolls are covered by the company

• A fuel program is in place

• Dispatch support is available around the clock

• Riders and pets are allowed

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• Recent grad of an accredited CDL school

• At least 120 hours of CDL training completed

• Clean driving record

• Able to meet DOT and FMCSA standards

• Professional, safety-focused, and eager to keep learning
