This is a dedicated retail account run out of Forest Park, GA, for solo CDL-A drivers. You get steady freight, regular weekly miles and a trip home every week. Five spots are open.
Pay
- Stated range is $1,800 to $2,400 per week; the average driver makes $1,857 weekly and top earners reach $2,421.
- Pay combines mileage and load pay, and you are paid every week.
The work
- Solo driver on an assigned dedicated route delivering freight to KS, AR, LA and MS.
- Expect about 1,600 miles a week, 2-3 loads, and 2-6 stops on each load.
- You unload at the stops yourself using rollers.
- Daily tasks include pre-trip and post-trip inspections, accurate ELD logs, following DOT rules and company safety policies, and keeping dispatch informed on your progress.
Home time
- Home every week for a 34-hour rest.
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A and a minimum age of 21.
- Clean background check and clean driving record.
- Pass a DOT physical and a pre-employment drug screen.
