Crane Truck Driver — $30–$35/hr

Our company in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a driver to haul construction and heavy equipment to and from job sites. You will run tractor-trailer loads for the branch and work with dispatch on daily delivery schedules. Pay is $30 - $35 per hour.

Pay

• $30 - $35 per hour; the final rate depends on your qualifications, experience, location and fit for the role.

What you'll do

• Deliver and pick up construction and heavy equipment for customers.

• Check your vehicle before and after each run.

• Secure loads with chains, straps and blocking following DOT procedures.

• Keep delivery documents and daily logs accurate and ready for inspection.

• Handle tight loading areas, heavy traffic, bad weather and mountain roads.

• Tell the branch manager or dispatch about accidents, equipment damage and delays.

• Stay flexible as customer demand changes the daily schedule.

Requirements

• CDL Class A with a tanker endorsement and a current medical card.

• At least 2 years of tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Hazmat endorsement within 120 days of hire; the company helps you get it.

• Able to lift 50 pounds often and work indoors and outdoors.
