Courier Driver — $22.60/hr

Our company is looking for a courier in Dartmouth, NS to pick up and deliver packages on an assigned route, check shipments for compliance with service standards, and handle related customer service tasks. Note: this role requires an interview.

Pay

• Starts at $22.60 per hour

What you'll do

• Pick up and deliver packages along your assigned route

• Confirm shipments meet Federal Express Canada's service requirements

• Handle customer service duties as part of your route work

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history

• Able to lift 70 lbs and move packages up to 150 lbs using proper equipment

• One year of experience in a customer-facing role is preferred

• Must pass the required pre-employment driving evaluation

• Familiarity with Federal Express Canada's operations and Canadian customs rules is a plus

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities

• Solid customer service skills and the ability to stay effective under pressure while juggling multiple tasks

• Open to varying shifts, including holidays, depending on operational needs

• Driver's license must be Class 5, G, or 1 (AZ), with no more than two violations or accidents in the past 24 months; candidates are also evaluated on their driving record, interview performance, and results of driving assessments

• Employees based in Quebec must be fluent in both English and French
