About this job
Our company in Nisku, AB needs seasoned Class 1 drivers skilled with winch and wheeler work for oilfield hauling. You'll run a modern, company-assigned truck and handle a mix of trailers including scissor necks, step decks, lowbeds and wheelers.
Pay
- Starts at $40.00 per hour
What you'll haul
- Oilfield equipment using scissor neck, step deck, lowbed and wheeler trailers
- Off-road routes that may require tire chains
Requirements
- Class 1 licence
- At least 5 years behind the wheel in Class 1 roles, including 5 years in oilfield work
- Hands-on skill with truck-mounted winches
- At least 3 years pulling wheels
- Comfortable with off-road driving and tire chains
- Solid grasp of load weights, dimensions and securement
- Familiarity with ELD systems (Samsara a plus)
- H2S Alive and First Aid certification considered an asset; training provided
- Willing to be on call
