Pay
- $50.00 per hour
What you'll haul
- Logs, driven from cut blocks to mills and other designated sites using log trucks and trailers
What you'll do
- Carry out pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks each day
- Keep logbooks and paperwork up to date
- Follow highway rules and the company's safety procedures
- Adapt to changing weather and road conditions, including off-highway forestry terrain
Requirements
- Valid Class 1 driver's licence
- At least 2 years hauling logs
- Comfortable working in forestry and off-highway settings
- Dependable, safety-minded, with a solid work ethic
- Mechanical know-how is a plus
