About this job
Our company, a construction company with over 60 years in earthworks and civil construction, is looking for experienced Class 1 truck and wagon operators to haul gravel and other materials between job sites.
What you'll haul
- Gravel and other materials using heavy trucks and wagons
- Travel to various job sites as required, including occasional time away
Requirements
- Valid Class 1 license with a clean driving record
- At least 2 years running Class 1 truck and wagon combinations, ideally hauling gravel
- Solid understanding of transportation rules and safety practices
- Comfortable working solo or alongside a crew
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible availability for varying hours and travel
- Should live in Central Alberta or be ready to relocate there
- First Aid, H2S, and CSO certifications are a plus
